Panorama Tours, one of the leading travel agents in Indonesia, has recently signed a strategic partnership agreement with Jatis Solutions(member of Indivara Group) to improve their e-commerce division by providing a one-stop online corporate booking service to accommodate their customers’ travel needs.
Called Jatis Travel, the service offers a convenient way for companies and individuals to book and pay their tickets and accommodation online, both for domestic and international trips. Customers are able to choose various transportation modes from plane, train, bus, to taxi; and there is also more than 400,000 hotels to choose from.
In this partnership, Jatis Solutions provides the information technology system, software, web application, and payment gateway system to support and improve Panorama Tours’ e-commerce business, which is expected to contribute up to 20% to Panorama Tours’ revenue growth.

In order to improve services to its customers, Citilink, subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia for Low Cost Carrier, has launched ‘Citilink Self Check-In’ in Soekarno-Hatta Airport yesterday (24/7). Citilink Self Check-In is using a machine that shape like ATM machine.Citilink has been being the first to launch this Self Check-In service in Indonesia.
Passengers without baggage can check-in by themselves and have the boarding passes without queuing at check-in counter, with these simple steps: entering Booking Code and Last Name, then it will show the passenger’s name and trip destination, continue with clicking “Boarding” button.
Besides Soekarno-Hatta Airport at Jakarta, Citilink Self Check-In will also be available in five other airports in the following cities: Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, Balikpapan, and Denpasar.
Citilink Self Check-In is supported by Jatis, as the Technology Partner that built the engine to integrate it with Citilink’s reservation system.

AirAsia Indonesia select Jati Piranti Solusindo, PT (member of Indivara Group) as their switching company for ticket payment to expedite their collaboration with Permata Bank Tbk as their new payment channel.
Director of retail banking Permata Bank, Lauren Sulistiawati said with this collaboration all AirAsia’s consumer can pay their ticket with e-channel service by Permata Bank (PermataATM, PermataMiniATM (EDC), PermataNet and PermataMobile) to AirAsia Permata Bank virtual account.
