JATIS GROUP acquires Solutions Exchange Inc.


Jatis Group, one of Indonesian largest ICT consulting group of companies announces that it has become the majority owner of Solutions Exchange Inc., Philippines.

JATIS GROUP through one of its subsidiary Jatis Imagineering Philippines Inc. has concluded a majority ownership deal to acquired Solutions Exchange.

JATIS GROUP a subsidiary of Indivara Group, Indonesian largest technology group of companies headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines. JATIS has recently acquired a 51% stake in Solutions Exchange, a testament to its confidence in the company’s track record and growth in the Philippines.

This new alliance promises exciting developments for both companies, with Solutions Exchange providing its expertise in online banking solutions and JATIS imparting its knowledge in E- Commerce, Payment Solutions and Wealth Management System. As a result of the acquisition JATIS’ President and Group CEO, Jusuf Sjariffudin now sits as Chairman of the Board of Solutions Exchange. Medy Camerino shall continue to provide her leadership as President and CEO.

Jatis Group and Panorama Tours Start a Strategic Partnership


Panorama Tours, one of the leading travel agents in Indonesia, has recently signed a strategic partnership agreement with Jatis Solutions(member of Indivara Group) to improve their e-commerce division by providing a one-stop online corporate booking service to accommodate their customers’ travel needs.

Citilink Self Check-In: Powered by Jatis


In order to improve services to its customers, Citilink, subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia for Low Cost Carrier, has launched ‘Citilink Self Check-In’ in Soekarno-Hatta Airport yesterday (24/7). Citilink Self Check-In is using a machine that shape like ATM machine.Citilink has been being the first to launch this Self Check-In service in Indonesia.
Passengers without baggage can check-in by themselves and have the boarding passes without queuing at check-in counter, with these simple steps:  entering Booking Code and Last Name, then it will show the passenger’s name and trip destination, continue with clicking “Boarding” button.

Besides  Soekarno-Hatta Airport at Jakarta, Citilink Self Check-In will also be available in five other airports in the following cities:  Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, Balikpapan, and Denpasar.

Citilink Self Check-In is supported by Jatis, as the Technology Partner that built the engine to integrate it with Citilink’s reservation system.

Director of retail banking Permata Bank, Lauren Sulistiawati said with this collaboration all AirAsia’s consumer can pay their ticket with e-channel service by Permata Bank (PermataATM, PermataMiniATM (EDC), PermataNet and PermataMobile) to AirAsia Permata Bank virtual account.

Lauren also said to make AirAsia’s ticket payment consumer can use another ATM Bank that connect with ATM Bersama, Prima, and Alto.
