• JAVA DEVELOPER
  Middle position (JPS-Mid.Java)Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and skill in Java especially J2EE, Struts 1.x, Spring is a must
  • Experienced in Hibernate, DWR, JAXB, Crystal report, Jasper Report will be an advantaged
  • Min 3-4 years experience in Java (middle position)

• C#.NET DEVELOPER
  Middle position (JPS-Mid.C#.NET) Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and skill in .NET Framework, C#, MSSQL, ASP.NET, RDBMS (Oracle and SQL) is a must
  • Having Microsoft Certification Program of MOSS & WSS will be an advantaged
  • Preferably having experience in SharePoint Implementation
  • Comfortable producing well-commented and structured code
  • Having min. 3-4 years experience in C#.NET (for Middle Position)

• SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST / FUNCTIONAL (JPS-Sr. SA)
  Technical Requirements:

  • Having min. 3-5 years experience in Investment, Banking or Financial Industrial
  • Good conceptual thinking and able to translate customer requirements into functional documentation
  • Understanding the business process will be an advantaged

  General Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related areas with GPA min 3.0
  • Hard worker, good working attitude and full dedicated
  • Able to work independent or in a team also able to work under pressure
  • Be a fast learner, innovative, smart, self motivated and have a result-driven attitude

• PROJECT MANAGER (JPS-PM)
  Responsibilities:

  • Manage timeline based on approved project plan.
  • Manage task delivery using provided methodology.
  • Manage project expenses as approved on project initiation.
  • Manage risk/issue properly and escalate as necessary.
  • Co-ordinate the tasks, status and risk/issue with client properly through client’s Project Manager.
  • Build good team work within project team member.
  • Define the responsibility of each project team member properly.
  • Review the performance of each team member along the project.
  • Report the project status, issue, and risk to project supervisor

  Requirements:

  • Min. bachelor degree with min. 3 years working experience.
  • Has experience min. 3 years as Team Leader or 2 years as Project Manager.
  • Involve in at least 2 full project cycles with min. 4 months duration.
  • Having technical and/or functional experiences would be preferred.
  • Having good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Having good knowledge on Project Management would be preferred.
  • Having good communication skill.
  • Having good people management experiences.
  • Having good negotiation and presentation skill.
  • Willing to work overtime with minimum supervisory.

• ACCOUNT MANAGER(JPS-AM)
  Requirement :

  • Female/Male with good appearance and attractive personality
  •  Graduated from from reputable universities
  • Having strong customer communication skills, Good Interpersonal skills, Good negotiation and selling skills
  • Target oriented, proactive, attractive and independent
  •  well groomed, creative, innovative and fun
  •  Having experience in media, agency or banking is a plus.
  • Having working experienced as Account manager, Customer Service Supervisor or Senior Account Executive
  • Having experienced in handling subordinates
  • Able to work in a team, fast learner, great working attitude and having excellent presentation skill
  •  Fluent in English, both verbal and written
