What makes a company grow? What makes a company sustain through times and last? What makes a company great?

Finding the answers to the above questions, and more importantly applying it to the way we operate the company, have been one of the key principle behind Jatis. This is clearly reflected even from our logo and corporate branding. We have chosen the Jati (Teak) tree as our corporate logo as we want the company to "live" and grow an exhibit the characteristics associated with Teak: strong, hardy and resilient.

In inclosure, the IT market is rapidly consolidating. Size and our ability to scale, is going to be more critical over the next few years. As Jatis embarked on our next phase of evolution, I am confident that we could achieve what we have set out to do: To build a lasting great company and we look forward to having the support of each and every one of you.

Over the past 10 years, we are fortunate that we have been able to operate the company based on our vision and belief. The company has grown, grom an initial headcount of less than 10 people to our current size of about 500 people. We have also expanded beyond Indonesia. Currently, we have branches operating regionally including in Singapore and Malaysia.

Along the way, we also have a number of key achievements. All of our achievement are only made possible because of our key asset: the right people in the right position to drive the growth of the company. A "knowledge-based" company such as Jatis needs contstant influx of passionate, talented and bright individuals to bring the company to the next level. People are what made Jatis what it is today and we would continue to relentlessly pursue talented individuals to join the team.
